The Magical Garden

For today’s post, I thought I’d share some photos from our trip to Èze, France. We rented a car to go to Monaco and took a small detour to visit this adorable town. Èze is truly magical, a picturesque town with a killer view of the Mediterranean.

If you like to shop this place is full of cute stores and perfumeries. And if you’re an art lover like me there are plenty of galleries for you to explore. What I love about it the most is the little nooks and crannies. The narrow streets and the uphill landscape makes for a terrific hike. We had a quick lunch before our stroll through the village. Gascogne Cafe is located right on the town entrance. It’s a restaurant, hotel, and bar. They make great pizzas and pasta. I really loved the dessert, a yummy fruit soup served cold.

If you have time you must stop by Le Jardin exotique d’Eze. The garden was built on the site of a former medieval fortress 429 meters above the Mediterranean. It houses dozens of exotic plants, there’s also beautiful sculptures and the view is unforgettable.

We had such a lovely time there. It is pricey but well worth it. Èze is a beautiful spot for a honeymoon!
